If you were expecting something magnificent, this will not be your last disappointment in 2024.
If you came to join us in reading the weekly blog, click on the tab that says, Newslog. I determined to refer to it as something unique. It seems silly, but everyone has a blog these days.
My three books are available wherever fine books are sold; most of those stores and shops sell mine, too. You can also order from your favorite Interweb book purveyor.
I moved some of my longer-form writing to the webpage a couple of years ago. I still write almost daily on my Facebook page. Over twenty thousand folks have signed up for my Newslog, which will come directly to your email if you sign up today. We will never sell, share, or let anyone borrow your email address. If you enjoy the Newslog, you can support us through the BuyMeACoffee app. You’ll see a spot to do that right on the main page.
We determined early on to sell books; however, the blog remains accessible to anyone who wants to come along. There is no charge. The support of many has allowed me to run a shoestring operation and keep the website up and running. I appreciate all the help. It means a lot to me.
My IT guy, Interweb-Matt, has whiz-banged our weekly mailings using a Tandy 3000 and a dial-up modem. Usually, they arrive to subscribers within forty-eight hours of being sent. However, check your spam folders. You know the drill.
Keeping an open website is a great way to avoid mucking around on social media to read my scribblings. That’s why we are here. We are not selling you anything, and I won’t bug you much. We would still love to have you sign up.
Yes, Ellie (the Box-A-Dor) is often featured here in the Newslog. Ellie plays a vital role in this sideshow. Most folks want to see photographs of dogs. Yes, cats, too. I don’t have any cats. You can talk to Ellie about that. On second thought, please don’t mention it to her.
We will soon have unique coffee available. We will also seek out other merchandisable fodder to raise a few bucks to keep this tiny circus going.
Thanks for checking us out. Sign up for the newsletter. We will talk soon. Reach me at TimCottonWrites@gmail.com with questions. I will try to get back to everyone within a few days. Thanks for all your support.
